Over the weekend, notable industry pundit that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:PlatinumGames would be launching a Kickstarter campaign to fund a remaster of its 2013 Wii U brawler The Wonderful 101. Many were s💛keptical of the news, though Robertson has credibilꦐity. They should have believed him, though, as Platinum has confirmed the existence of the campaign.

Just minutes ago, the Japanese developer uploaded a video to YouTube revealing that the "rumor" was true. The Wonderful 101 Remastered is to fund a Switch remaster. After reaching certain stretch goals, a PC and PS4 po༺rt will also be developed. The campaign will provide a physical or digital copy of the game based on your request. You can even request to be blocked by director Hideki Kamiya, though you can easily accomplish that by yourself.

The stretch goal for this remaster getting funded is set at $50,010, but I can't even keep up with how many people are backing this. When I started writing, fans had pledged roughly $6,000. The current total is at $42,086. It's probably wiser to just say The Wonderful 101 is coming to Switch, but you never know 🧸what might happen.

I haven't personally played The Wonderful 101, but many claim it was an excellent title on the Wii U. The main reason it seems to have failed is simply because of the console it was launched on. You can't fault Platinum for sticking to Nintendo since the Big N saved Bayonetta from dying off, but it's hard to deny that 101 may have done better as a multi-platform title.

With the current success of the Kickstarter (which is just continuously rising), it seems many others just want this game to get a second shot at life. $50K will guarantee a 🌌Switch port, but the PC and PS4 versions will require much more. $250K and $500K respectively. That's a lot to ask, but I do believe fans can get there.

It's always nice to see games like this get the shot they deserve. Even if 101 is niche as hell, it shouldn't have faded into obಞscurit꧑y because of the Wii U's relative failure. With it being on modern platforms, it can now gain the audience it originally should have.
