An interesting quirk of playing endgame in World of Warcraft (or WoW for short) Classic is all the new acronyms you learn. Gone are the days when all you needed to know was PVE, PVP, and brb (be right back). As you progress through the high-level dungeons and raids you start to see nicer gear drop, and the term "BiS" starts floating around. This stands for "Best in Slot" and it's the best piece of gear yo🍃u can have in that particular slot (pants, trinket, weapon, hat, whatever) at your level.

Not𒁃 all BiS pieces drop in raids, but they're al𒁃ways seen as a stepping stone to raiding since they improve your 'toons stats. Besides being essential for your raiding set, some of them are just pretty darn cool. Here are a few of the best BiS items noted for their rarity, powerful stats, or killer style. We've narrowed it down to the current items available in Phase 2 of WoW Classic.

10 Axe of🎉 the Deep Woods & Quel'Serrar

These weapons are a good example of how Best in Slot items fit so perfectly with , so we're lumping them together. To start with, it's the Warrior Class that's 🐲meant to wield both of these weapons, but if you're an Orc, then your character has a bonus wi✨th axes on top of all the other cool stats.

To add another layer to this onion, the Axe of the Deep Woods is intended for tanks, so DPS warriors better ask the raid leader if it's cool before rolling for it. For Human Warrior Tanks and Warrio𝐆rs, it's all about Quel'Serrar, because humans have a bonus with swords. Paladins can use the sword, and often do, but it's not their BiS.

9 ♍ Lieutenant Commander's Drea𒊎dweave Spaulders

Some items are Class-specific but not limited to a faction, and this is one of them. There seems to be a bond among Warlocks since most of their BiS gear is the same no matter what banner they carry. If you see "Dreadweave" in the name, it's likely a high-🌟level item that only a Warlock can use.

The Lieute✃na🌌nt Commander's Dreadweave Spaulders are the BiS for Warlock shoulders. They give a buff to all magical spells and effects plus an increased chance for a critical strike, which is always great for 'Locks.

8 Azuresong Mageblade ꦕ

Other casters๊ have this on their list as well, so even though "Mage" is in the name doesn't mean that's the only class that can roll on this. Warlocks covet this blade just as much and if you're Alliance, the Protection and Holy Paladins in you𝕴r raid are going to roll on this, too.

Let's face it, any class that can wield a sword and uses mana wants this thing. It doesn't just have great stats, either, it just lo🀅oks stellar. An💟yone who emulates the character of Gandalf, who was also a wizard who carried a sword, is going to roll on this item.

7 🐬 Blackhand's Bre﷽ath

This is a trinket sought after by feral cat Druids, Hunters, Retribution Paladins, and Rogues of both dagger and sword specs. That pretty much makes up the wholℱe melee DPS family. Good luck with that roll of the dice because you'll be competing with about half the raid for this thing.

So why is it so popular? Because it improves your critical strike chance by a whopping 2%, of 𝄹course. This refers to melee combat only, not spells, so at least you don't have to include the spellcasters. They're too busy fighting over other trinkets which also appea🔯r on this list.

6 🅘 Green Lens

The Green Lens sounds like a simple thing given the practical and dull name, but it's one of the most complex items on the list. It takes the place 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:of a helm even though it's just a monocle that only covers your eye. Ou🌠t of all the items here, this is the only one that requires a s👍pecific profession and level to use.

Only Engineers with a level of 245 can wear the Green Lens, which is a nice way to knock out some competition as the item itself is the BiS for several ಌclasses. Elemental Shamans and Balance𒀰 Druids are just two of many examples.

5 Briarwood Re꧃ed

This trinket is sought after by several classes and has a low drop rate, mak♔ing it notorious for starting fights, fracturing guilds, and destroying friendships. Guilds will often farm for this item to make sure as many of their Mages and Druids have it as possible.

It's not really the drop rate of th♋e item that's low, it's that it drops from a rare spawn in Blackrock Spire named Jed Runewatcher. Even if Jed does pop up, he might not drop the trinket, so get ready to farm BRS a few times before you even see this thing.

4 Truefaith Vestments ꦍ 🎃

The Truefaith Vestments💃 are spec and class-specific, intended only for Holy Priests, since it's main abilities a⛎re restoring mana and providing a generous buff to healing spells. They're also among the easier items on this list to attain, especially if you're a Tailor.

The quest for the Truefaith Vestments is really about waiting for the pattern to drop than actually getting the item itself. That means visiting Stratholme to kill Grand Crusader Dathrohan or the demon Balnazaar. To make them, you need a maxed out Tailoring level of 300, but you don't need to be a 👍tailor to ဣwear them.

3 Arcanite 🍨Reaper ꦰ

Enhancement Shamans rejoice, as this famous weapon is yours to wield. Not to be confused with the joke weapon🌳 the Arcanite Ripper, which is actually a mad guitar topp♕ed with a skull, this is one of those blue items that should really be a purple considering how crazy the stats are.

The speed and dam𓄧age are already well above average, then you get an insane buff to your attack power when you equip it. And don't worry about rolling for this, as you actually make it instead of waiting for i𓃲t to drop. You need a Blacksmith with a skill of 300 and some crazy mats, but it's well worth the effort.

2 Smoking Heart of the Mo📖untain

This blue trinket is sought after by several classes, 🍎as the improvements to your stats are useful for anyone, but it's the BiS for feral bear Druids. This isn't a drop from Molten Core, as the name might suggest, but an item that Enchanters can make with some rare materials and a level of 300.

The recipe is the tricky part. It drops from Lord Roccor, a boss in Blackrock Depths, one of the many instances that make up Blackrock Mountain. One of the reagents needed is Blood of the Mountain, which drops from Molten Destroyers in the Mol📖ten Core.

1 Snowblind Shoes 🌟

These are fairly new to Classic WoW, as they drop from the world boss Azuregos who was just introduced 🌱to the game in November 2019. H💟e patrols throughout southern Azshara and his respawn time is a long one.

It's possible that some servers haven't even seen them yet, and the ones that💖 have no doubt hosted some serious drama regarding his drops. They restore mana an💝d give the wearer a ridiculous buff to spells to both damage and healing spells. Get those alts out to everyone's least favorite zone and keep your eyes peeled.
