The new seasonal dungeon rotation in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:World of Warcraft: Dragonflight reintroduces old favourites from previous expansions. Sitting in the heart✱ of Suramar, the Court of Stars was one of the most popular Legion instances and🅰 possesses unique mechanics that allow players to benefit from a variety of professions and class diversity. A story-focused adventure, the famous party event is either loved or hated.
The Court of Stars can be one of the simplest Mythic Plus keys to complete or become an absolute nightmare. You'll learn exactly how to overcome the Court of Stars dungeon, focusing on the various strategies and counters for every enemy. It will also cover Mythic Plus tips and tricks, the best routes, and what gear you can loot following a successful run.
Gerdo Trash
Upon entering the Court of Stars, your first task is to click the nearby glowing lantern at the edge of the dock. This will initiate the boat role-play section, and you will slowly drift into 𒅌the actu꧟al dungeon.
The initial trash section contains a high am𝐆ount of enemies, and there are multiple pathways available to the first boss. Some groups will decide to pull different🥂 mobs than listed here, sometimes going down the stairs after emerging from the initial building.
Your aim for M+ is to rack up a reasonable trash count, and for lower difficulties taking the most direct route to Patrol Captain Gerdo will suffice.
Scattered throughout this section will be five glowing SIgnalling Beacons. These can be deactivated before engaging the first boss, and your route should take you past the majority of them. Disabling all of them before the boss will make your life easier, as it will prevent him from summoning extra enemies.
Inside the last house on the left of the bridge to Patrol Captian Gerdo, there is a chance for an Arcane Power Conduit to spawn. Gnomes, Goblins, and players with the Engineering Profession can interact with this𓆏 orb to debuff all Guardian Constructs, causing them to be stunned periodically.
Enemy |
Ability |
Description |
Strategy |
Duskwatch Guard x7 |
Quelling Strike |
High damage꧋ frontal cone, also stunning any players hit for two seconds. |
The cone has a small radius but hits very hard, so dodge to the side and try to keep them f🌺acing the same way while tan🧸king them. |
Fortification |
Cast tﷺhat applies a 25 percent damage taken reduction and Has🍨te buff. |
Long cast and e🤡asily interruptible, or the buff itself can be spell stolen/purged. |
|
Mana Saber x6 |
Mana Fang |
Pounces to the furthest away enemy, dealing Arcane damage to players within five yards, a🌌nd applies a stacking Arcane DoT for 12 seconds. |
The DoT hits pretty hard, so either use a personal or keep these cats crowd-controlled. They do not have m🌌uch health, so t♔hey can also be bursted down quite quickly. |
Duskwatch Sentry x4 |
Throw Torch |
Nasty Fಌire attack on a random player, which leaves a short Fire DoT. |
A non-elite enemy, nuking ♌down these Sentries is your first goa🔥l in these early pulls. |
Sound Alarm |
Ru♑ns to a nearby Signal🃏ing Beacon and begins a cast that will attract extra enemies if completed. |
This is the biggest priority to prevent, as these extra mobs will not give M+ trash count and are a big waste of time to have to kill. Keep the💖 Sentry crowd controlled, locked down, and away from the Signaling Beacon at all costs. |
|
Mana Wyrm x18 |
Wild Detonation |
Explodes on death, dea💃ling h📖igh Arcane to any player hit. |
Dodge the blue swirlie💖s🍬, the Wyrms have very low health, so you can easily cleave them down. |
Guardian Construct x4 |
Charged Smash |
Brutal frontal smash that leaves a lingering𓃲 Arcane damage zone for eight seconds. |
Similar to the Duskwatch Guard's Quelling Strike, but make sure to avoid the extra purple pool afterwards. |
Charging Station |
Applies a buff thജat heals itself and nearby enemies, as well as increasing their damage for five seconds. |
A high-priority interrupt, as letting the enemies he🌼al wi𝕴ll slow down your clear time. |
|
Suppress |
Channeled beam♚ onto a target player that deals high damage and prevents them from attacking or casting spells for six seconds. |
Make sure to interrupt this, as having a player locked down𒆙 can lead to them being hit b♉y other mechanics. |
|
Bound Energy x2 |
Charged Blast |
Charges up a frontal b𒈔⛄last, that deals high Arcane damage and knocks back any player hit. |
The Bound Energy can be crowd controlled, so try to knock the mob out of doing thi💞s cast. |
Patrol Captain Gerdo
Patrol Captain Gerdo is a relatively straightforward fight, as most of his mechanics🍸 are dodgeable. The goal is to fo💧cus on staying alive and whittling him down while being vigilant to remove your Arcane Lockdown stacks as quickly as possible.
Before pulling Gerdo, Rogues or players with the Alchemy profession can interact with the Flask of Solemn Night in the middle of the arena.
This will poison the Flask, causing it to instantly kill Gerdo when he runs over to drink it.
Ability |
Description |
Strategy |
Resonant Slash |
Creates a largeꦏ cone both in front and behind him, slashing out to deal huge Arcane damage and stunning players hit. |
Staying close to the boss will help you dodge this mov♚e, although ranged players should try to ⭕stand as far away as possible and out-range it. |
Streetsweeper |
Summons a floating eye that blasts a long purple li♉ne of Arcane damage toward a player. |
If the ranged are standing far away, they can help bait🔯 the Streetsweeper cast away from the ma😼in group. |
Arcane Lockdown |
Afflicts all players with three stacks of a debuff; each stack will deal Arcane damage over time and slow the player's movement speed by 30 percent. |
The d💟ebuff can also be dispelled, so try prioritising either squishy classes or immobile casters such as Warlocks. |
Signal Beacon |
If there are any active Signaling Beacons, Gerdo will periodically summon a Vigilant Duskwatcher. |
Nuke down those enemies, as they will complicate the fight, and you ne꧒ed your focus to be on dodging the ground effects. |
Vigilant Duskwatcher: This enemy will cast Hinder, stunning a player for four seconds. |
Dispel this ꦚstun🌞 as quickly as possible, or else the player may be hit by one of the beams. |
|
Flask of the Solemn Night |
The boss will run over to the Flask, consuming it to gain 30 percent 🌼increased damage and Haste. |
If the Flask has been poisoned, Gerdo will immediately die, but if you cannot achieve this,♔ you will have to keep playing as normal. |
Talixae Trash
After defeating Gerdo, proceed to the East, pulling the Guardian Construct at the top of the stairs. Follow the linear route through the building, and you will emerge into a large courtyard, where a host oꦆf demonic enemies will be patrolling.
This section can be extremely mꦯessy due to the random nature of the spawns and the high amount of patrols you will have to take care of.
Scattered throughout this part of the dungeon are various interactable items. Similarly to the Arcane Power Conduit, these will provide the group with different positive effects but can only be interacted with if you have the corresponding profession or are the appropri🐟ate race/class.
These buff꧑s are permanent, but the rotation of which is up during a given 🅷run is completely random.

Demon Hunters, Paladins, Priests, or Warlocks. |
Infernal Tome |
Grants all players 10% damage reduction. |
Demon Hunters, Paladins, or Priests. |
For M+, what you end up pulling in this section will vary, depending on which buffs are up or the location of the Felbound Enforcers.
Killing an Enforcer will draw over one of the three mini-bosses that stand next to Talixae Flamewreath. Your goal is to kill all three before engaging her, as they grant her a massive damage buff.
The location of the current Felbound Enforcer can be seen on your minimap via a large yellow dot.

Ability |
Description |
Strategy |
Watchful Inquisitor x3 |
Searing Glare |
Caಞsts a beam of Fel enerᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚgy, dealing hefty Fire damage |
Simple enough to interrupt. |
Eye Storm |
Channels a storm of eyes, p♋er꧙iodically dealing Fire damage to random players. |
This cast cannot be k📖icked, so you should use hard cr☂owd control or displacements to prevent this from going off. |
|
Blazing Imp x20 |
Firebolt |
Fires a bolt of flame at an enemy, dealing large Fire dam𝐆age. |
A horrifi꧙c enemy, these Imps can easily cause a wipe if encountered while you are unprepared. Use AoE crowd controls or interrupts to prevent them from killing people with Fir🅷ebolts. |
Searing Embers |
Shoots bolts of fire at random players. |
Similarly to Firebolt, this will wipe 🔜you if you allow them to cast. Nuke down and crowd control the Imps above all else. |
|
Felbound Enforcer x2/3 |
Fel Detonation |
A long cast that strikes all players in line of sight, dealing large Fire damage and applying a𒆙 Fire DoT |
These should be tanked near a corner or a wall, so that all players can safely run behind to line of sight this cast. This enemy cannot be crowd controlled. |
Shadow Mistress x4 |
Bewitch |
Reduces the target player's Haste and movement speed for eight seconds. |
This debuff can be dispelled and is certainly not a deadly spell, so don't prioritise it above other enemy casts. |
Shadow Slash |
Slashes her current target, dealing largꦯe Shadow damage and reducing healing taken by 25% for six s🥀econds. |
This enemy can be crowd controlled, and this debuff can be especially nasty if you are tanking her with lots of otheꦏr enemies. |
|
Legion Hound x2 |
Felblaze Leap |
Jumps to a random player, leaving behind a Felblaze Puddle, that deals t👍icking Fire damage. |
Watch out for this, as the൲ dog jumps very quickly, and the Puddle hits very hard. |
Ferocity |
Enrages the enemy, increasing their Haste𒉰 by 100%. |
Can't be kicked, but this enemy can be crowd controlled to prevent this from going off. |
|
Imacut'ya x1 |
Scream of Pain |
Inflicts Shadow damage to a𝓰ll players and interrupts spellcasting. |
Try to stop your casts before this goes of൩f, as it will lock you out frဣom casting for a whole five seconds. |
Whirling Blades |
Slashes around herself, dealing high Physical damage and applying a na💖sty Bleed. |
Always step out of this, as the range is not very large, and yoඣu 🐭can easily get back to damaging. |
|
Baalgar the Watchful x1 |
Disintegration Beam |
Channel that inflicts stacking Shadow damage andꦡ a damage reduction to the targeted pl🐻ayer. |
Rotate your interrupts for this, as the damage will be deadly after only a few stacks on higher M+ difficulties. |
Impending Doom |
Applies a debuff to two random players, which will✃ explode upon expiring, dealing Shadow damage to all playe✤rs. |
Dispel on🧔e debuff immediately, and let the other time out naturally. This will give you enough time to heal up the party after th♔e initial explosion. |
|
Jazshariu x1 |
Shockwave |
Frontal slam, which deals massive Physical d🔜amage and stuns any player hit. |
This range is very small, but the hitbox is a bit dodgy, and this enemy will get many casts of this off, so play safe and don't try to min-max your positioning. |
Crushing Leap |
Jumps to target player, dealing Physical damage in a🥀 large area around the impact location. |
The cast is long, and﷽ this should be easy to dodge, but watch🐼 out for the Shockwave he does right after landing. |
Talixae Flamewreath
Talixae Flamewreath is a very simple fight, as she only has a couple of mechanics. However, everything she does hurts, and killing her quickly to prevent Burning Intensity from stacking up too high is pivotal.
Tanks should drag Talixae into the enclosed ring behind her and fight her aroun😼d the central column to avoid pulling the nearby patrol.
Ability |
Description |
Strategy |
Infernal Eruption |
Explodes a pool of fire beneath all players, spawning a Blazing I🌳mp at each location. |
Stay stacked up on the tank, and you should be able t⛄o nuke down the Imps as they spawn, but interrupt them if they do not die quickly enough. Move out of the fire pools once you see the red swirlies, and remember that the ground effect lingers for a few seconds after the initial explosion. |
Burning Intensity |
Stacking Fire DoT, which ramps uﷺp 🦋throughout the fight. |
This is your enrage tiಞmer, as eventually, the Fire damage will become unhealable. There is not really any other unavoidable damage in this fight, so healers should try to save their healing cooldowns for when the stacks⛎ start to mount up. |
Withering Soul |
Cast that, if completed, will apply a stacking ten perce🐲nt maximum health and movement speed reduction to all players. |
Try to make an interrupt rotation♑, to never ♔let this cast go off. The debuff combined with Burning Intensity can easily cause a wipe on Tyrannical M+ weeks. |
Melandrus Trash
After beating Talixae, all players need to talk to Lyleth Lunastre, who is standing in front of the central column. She will enchant you with a disguise, which you will need to complete the Jeweled Estate scenario.
In this lavish dinner party, there are a variety of highlighted guests and five Chatty Rumormongers. Your goal is to locate the intruder by collecting clues about their identity from the Chatty NPCs.
These NPCs will impart certain clues as to their appearance, and your first priority is to run to their locations and talk to them. Some will be upstairs, some will be downstairs, and the spy can b꧅e in any of the highlighted groups.
The available clues are as follows:
Appearance |
Clue |
Gender |
Male/Female |
Vest |
Light/Dark |
Cape |
Cape/No Cape |
Gloves |
Gloves/ No Gloves |
Waist |
Potion/Pouch/Book |
Once you have collected enough clues, you should try and guess which NPC could be the spy by matching their description to the given clues. If you do not have an addon that shouts out the clues, you should type the clue in chat when you have spoken to a Chatty NPC🉐. This will 🌸let your team know what to look out for.
- Once you have found the right NPC, they will say a voice line that begins with 'Now let's not be hasty (player name).' If you accuse an innocent NPC, they will respond with 'How dare you (player name)' and temporarily kick you out of the party.
The correctly accused spy will amble upstairs and walk to one of the side balconies. There t🐟hey will transform into Gerenth the Vile, the last trash mo꧒b you need to kill. Upon slaying Gerenth, you will be able to pick up his dropped keys and open the door to the final boss.
Enemy |
Ability |
Description |
Strategy |
Gerenth the Vile x1 |
Shadow Bolt Volley |
Fires Shadow damage missiles at all players. |
This does a significant amount of damage🐠, but is the only group damage Gerenth will deal, so you have a bit of time to top everybody back up before the next Volley. |
Vampiric Claws |
Strikes for high𝓰 Physical damage and heals for a proportion of damage dealt to the player. |
Tanks should make sure to properly mitigate these hits to lessen the amo✨unt Gerenth will heal. |
|
Hypnosis Bat |
Spawns a Bat on top of a player, which will then cast Hypnosis, mind-controlling them. |
The bat 💝will despawn🌳 after a while and will only do its cast once, meaning each one should be crowd controlled upon spawning. After that, you are free to leave it alone and focus damage on Gerenth. |
Advisor Melandrus
The last boss of the Court of Stars is Advisor Melandrus, and he is without a doubt, the most difficult fight in the instance. He presents a serious challenge on Tyrannical M+ weeks, and all players, but especially the healer, will need to play c🐽orrectly to defeat him.
Ability |
Description |
Strategy |
Blade Surge |
Leaps to the furthest away player's location, dealing large Physical damage and applying a Bleed to any player hit by the swirl. He will then leave behind a clone of himself in that location. |
One player should be the designated🐈 baiter and try to stack all the clones on top of each other. This will help significantly, so try to min-max your positioning. Other playe✱rs should stay close to the boss. |
Piercing Gale |
Fires a line of wind across the platform, dealing high Physical damage to any player hit, as w✤ell as knocking them back. All clones of Advisor Me🔯landrus will also cast this ability. |
The liꦅnes will always go in the same direction, so 𝄹if the clones are stacked well, you should have decent room to dodge. If the clones are haphazardly placed, you will haᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚve to be on your toes to dodge every purple line. |
Slicing Maelstrom |
Channels a storm of wind, inflicting Physical damage to all players and extra Physical damage to any player within seven yards of the caster. Clones of Advis🐈or Melandrus will also cast this ability. |
Avoid being ne♕xt to the boss or any clone during this channel,✃ and help out your healer with self-healing or personal defensives. |
