After a couple weeks of grinding through 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King Classic, you can agree that the heroic dungeons aren't nearly as hard as we originally remember them. Of course, this comes as little to no surprise to pretty much everyone, but heroics are enjoyable and engaging once you first hit max level.
Additionally, there are a number of items you can find in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:these dungeons that will serve you quite well until you're able to replace them with better gear found in the phase one raids. As more and more players reach max level and begin gearing out their characters in pre-bis (pre-raid best in slot), the competition for these items will remain steady. For this reason, it's good to know which items see the most competition so that you can try and form dungeon groups where you're the only one rolling on the drop in question. After all, it's hard enough to get some of this loot to drop in the first place.
9 🎀 Red Sword Of Courage
The red sword of courage is a one-handed sword that drops 🐎off of the final boss of Utgarde Pinnacle: King Ymiron. This is the pre-bis tanking weapon for both protection warriors and protection paladins.
Thankfully, it's got a pretty decent drop chance at just over 20 percent, so you shouldn't have to run Utgarde Pinnacle too often before seeing one. This weapon also has a super sweet model cosmetic-wise, and that's always a plus. Additionally, finding a group to run Utgarde Pinnacle with shouldn't be too difficult for reasons we'll see later on in this list.
8 🦄 War Mace Of Unrequited Love
The war mace of unrequited love is the pre-bis weapon for all 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:healing specs (specializations) in the game as well as our beloved boomkin dps players. The intellect, spell power, and especially mana regeneration per five seconds this m🌃ace provides are simply too good to pass up.
While healers do have the benefit of not having to roll against anyone else (besides greedy boomkins) for this loot, the mace has a measly drop chance of just under nine percent. Consequently, it might be a number of runs through the Nexus before the dungeon's final boss Keristrasza gives you the goods.
7 Colossal Skull-Clad Cleaver🧸
This double-headed axe is the pre-raid best in slot weapon for all two-handed weapon wielders including some of the most popular classes such as death knights, paladins, and warriors. This will be a very highly contested drop, especially considering that Fury Warriors in particular need two of them thanks to their Titan's Grip talent that allows them to dual wield two two-handers.
The axe has a nearly 13 percent chance to drop off of Loke🃏n, the final boss of the Halls of Lightning. Needless to sa💧y, there will be demand for Halls of Lightning runs well into the future as players gear out their alts and more casual players reach level 80.
6 Mark Of The War Pr🍎isoner ꦬ
This mark is the pre-raid best in slot trinket for pretty much all caster dps 𝄹classes. It drops off of the final boss of Violet Hold, Cyanigosa, at a nearly 20 percent rate.
Since so many different classes are looking to pick up this valuable trinket, it's likely to be one of the most difficult items in heroics to claim. Consequently, players who are running Violet Hold specifically to pick up this trinket are better off doing so in a group where they're the only one that needs it.
5 ꦦ Stag♐gering Legplates
Similar to mark of the war prisoner, staggering legplates are the pre-raid best in slot leggings for all plate wearing dps classes. ꦡYou can find them on the end boss of Utgarde Keep, Ingva🉐r the Plunderer, at about an 11 percent rate.
The hit, strength, stamina, and two gem sockets on these leggings combined provide a mix of stats that you'll find hard to replace until you pick up your tier leggings from raids. Furthermore, the socket slots are especially nice for allowing you to customize your stats for what you need based on what you already have.
4 ꦿ Drake-Mounted Crossbow
Here's the one weapon in heroics that's actually hunter prio (priority) in heroics regardless of what any hunter has to say about it. However, rogues and warriors alike will also be seeking out this dragon-killing bow in order to buff up their stats.
If you're a rogue or warrior looking for revenge on hunters stealing away your melee weapons, now's your chance. That being said, this item really should go to hunters first if you have even a shred of consideration for others. Then again, since when did hunters ever care about you?
3 Hemorr🐼haging Circle
Hunters, rogues, warriors, and enhancement shamans alike will be vying for this ring which drops off of Gal'darah, the final boss of Gundrak. Additionally, death knights and retribution paladins have a fair say at rolling on this ring as well even though it's not technically their pre-bis.
Wrath is an expansion in which the melee classes are more popular than ever (besides perhaps the popularity of warriors in vanilla), and Gundrak as a dungeon doesn't really offer much else in drops to any other classes. As an added incentive for healers to help you out in picking this ring up, you may want to help them in acquiring the next item on this list.
2 ꦜ Cuffs Of Winged Levitatio🌸n
These wrists are pre-raid best in slot not only for all cloth-wearing dps caster classes and boomkins, but healing priests and holy paladins as well. The last boss of the Ocu🔯lus, Ley-Guardian Eregos, awaits for you to plunder them from his cache.
Since both healers and dps classes alike are interested in this item, it's safe to say 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:this🔯 item will be difficult to ge🐻t your hands on. Or should that be put on your hands?
1 𒈔 Reins Of The Blue Proto-Drꦛake
In true Warcraft fashion, the item that takes the cake across all heroic dungeons is a cosmetic mount. These reins drop off of the second to last boss in Utgarde Pinnacle, Skadi the Ruthless, at just over a mind-bogglingly slim one percent chance. Even if you do manage to get the reins to drop, you've then got to beat out rolling against four other players for the honor of taking this mount home.
Of course, there's always the route of offering runs through Utgarde Pinnacle in exchange for priority on the reins, but it might be difficult to find players interested in such a thing in today's day and age. For most Wrath players, this mount will remain one of those wish list items that never quite gets checked off. That being said, it's items like this that make the game special at the end of the day. After all, when everyone has access to every item, there's nothing about the world left to desire.
