Best known f🔯or his work in TNA/Impact Wrestling and Ring of Honor, Austin Aries eventually found himself in the WWE. He wrestled for the company for a year before being shockingly relea𝔍sed in 2017.
Despite his brief ܫtime, he was added to WWE 2k17 as part of the Future Stars DLC pack for the game — absolute irony.
8 Maven -🌜 Smackdown! Shut Yo🍒ur Mouth
Maven was the men's winner of the first season of Tough Enough and seemed to be heading for great things. He famously eliminated the Under🤡taker in the 2002 Royal Rumble and seeme💝d to be headed for great things at one point after this, winning the hardcore championship as well.
His inclusion as part of the roster of Smackdown! Shut Your Mouth seemed to be another indication of this. But he started to fall into obscurity after 2002, whi𝔉ch would eventually lead to his release in 2005 and no more video game appearances after that.
7 ♕ 🤡 Joy Giovanni - Smackdown Vs. Raw 2006
Another person who competed in what was essentially a contest was Joy Giovanni, in the Divas Search in 2004. Though Giovann♑i did not win, she was still signed by the WWE regardless.

6 The Mean Street Posse - Smackdown 2: Know Your Role 🌸
The Mean Street Posse were an Attitude Era trio, consisting of Pete Gas, Rodney, and Joey Abs. They were from the "mean streets" of Greenwich, Connecticut and wrestled in basically business casual attire. They were the posse of Shane McMahon but did not spend too lo๊ng in the company.

Mae Young is an absolute wrestling legend in every sense of the word. Despite this resume and her lengthy stay with the WWE though, she has only a🐎ppeared in one WWE game: WWF No Mercy for the๊ Nintendo 64.
3 Sabu - Smackdown Vs. Raw 2008 🅺
Sabu is a legend in the hardcore side of pro wrestl𒁃ing with his huge stunts and high pain tolerance. He made a name for himself in the now-defunct ECW, who were the pioneers for that style of wrestling.
He also had a brief stint with the WWE in 2006 and 2007, which would see him inc✤luded as an ECW legend for Smackdown Vs. Raw 2008, since that game marked t🍸he debut of the third brand of the new ECW. This would be his lone appearance, as he was released by the WWE months before the game's release.
2 The Sandman - Smackdown Vs🐲. Raw 2008
Another legend who made a name for himself with ECW, The Sandma෴n, was arguably the face of ECW with his penchant for kicking butt, smoking cigarettes, and drinking beers with a kendo stick in hand. Much like with Sabu, he too had a brief run with the WWE in 2007 as part of the ECW brand.
Sadly, his r𝄹un was nowhere near the qualitꦯy of what made him a big deal in the old ECW, but he still managed to find himself included in that year's game.

Before the likes of John Cena and even Hulk Hogan, there was Bruno Sammartino, who was the guy in pro wrestling in the 60s and 70s. He was loved the world over and to this day has the lo൲ngest single WWE world title reign, holding it for over 2,800 straight days.
Despite being the face of pro wrestling at one point, his sole WWE video game appearance was WWE 2k14, as a DLꦺC character too, no less.𒁃 That should change immediately, in order to pay tribute to both that era and Sammartino's memory.
