Create Weapon Synergy

Many different Benedictions create unique synergies with weapons.

For example, if you have a skill equipped on a weapon that improves the power of y❀our Skyborn Might, a Benediction that also improves Skyborn Might will stack nicely.

Round Out Weak Spots

If you need to use a weapon whose corresponding skill tree you haven't upgraded yet, you can use Benedictions to round out weak spots in your skill tree.

For example, some Benedictions inc♚rease the ꦇpotency of clashes or blocks.

Improve Attack Prowess

Generally speaking, Benedictions are great for increasing your overall attack power, particularly when it comes to Skyborn Might.

You will typically earn a Benediction after defeating a special enemy or an area's boss.

However, you can occasionally find Benedictions in chest throughout the open world. However, these are also typically guarded by powerful e🐬nem🍸ies.

How To Use Benedictions

Wuchang praying at a shrine and toggling to the Benedictions UI in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers.

To use Benedictions, you must first visit a Shrine.

Unlike pendants or other buffs, you cannot switch Benedictions unless you offer prayers to a Shrine. So, make sure you have the right Benedictions equipped before venturing out into the open world𝓀.

Once at a Shrine, simply pray and toggle to the 'Benedictions' menu. Here, you'll be able to see y꧃our weapons and ♔which Benedictions you have socketed.

There are three types of Benedictions you can slot:

  1. Oath
  2. Memory
  3. Wisdom

Ultimately, the purpose of these slots is to limit the amount of Benedictions you can have on each weapon.

You can only use each Benediction once, meaning you cannot have the same Benediction socketed onto multiple weapons.

Once you're in the Benediction menu, simply select the weapon you want to equip Benedictions for, and then add Benedictions to each corresponding slot.

It's a good idea to have at least one Benediction slotted on each weapon.

That way, if you decide to switch weapons out in the field, and you find yourself too far away from a Shrine, you'll still have some perks ascribed to each weapon.
