WWE 2K20 was released this month to the usual fanfare that comes with its annual release, with the WWE Superstars telling the w🍌orld how amazing the game is, as footage and reviews provide a rather m𝓡ixed response at best.

As with any 2K wrestling game, this year's installment i☂s fun to play with many new additions and a real focus on the women's div🦩ision being something that a lot of fans are pleased to see happen.

However, that doesn't mean that the game is perfect, in fact, it is far from it and within this article, we shall take a look at 10 things that make no sense in WWE 2K20.

10 𒀰 Getting Rid Of Create-A-Fꦇinisher

We will kickstart the list with a strange decision that was made for WWE 2K20 this year, which wa🐈s to remove the Create-ꦫA-Finisher mode from the game entirely, despite the fact it has proven to be very popular in the past.

The mode wasn't something that everyone did but many gamers loved being able to crea𒈔te a unique꧂ move that was unlike anything other wrestlers had, making the whole game feel more personal.

However, in WWE 2K20, that mode has been completely ripped out for no reason whatsoever, meaning gamers are stuck having to use the usual finishers,𝓡 which takes away some of the fun.

9 ไ Fiend As DLC

While it is𓆉 easy to understand why WWE 2K20 did this, it doesn't make it any less frustrating for the consumer, with 2K deciding to add in The Fiend c🌼haracter, but only as a DLC.

This was annoying for many people as The Fiend is the most popular wrestler in WWE right now and is, therefore, someone that gamers wanted a chance to play as, but it is also someone many peop👍le won't as they refuse to get any DLC.

If you want to play as him then you had best be ready to splash a little more cash 𓃲for the 'Bump In The Night' edition of the game, which is something that has just annoyed consumers.

8 ♌ 🍌 Old Controls

via PC Invasion

For WWE 2K20,🤡 the decision was made for the game to change up the controls slightly, with reversals being switched up and other slight alterations being made to the controls of the game.

While this isn't something everyone wanted, the change itself isn't the problem as the controls are actually a little easier and more flexible 🐟now, feeling smoother to play during a match.

However, what is an issue is the fact that the game hasn't provided an option to return to the old controls that were used in previous games, meaning those who want to ♌return to what they know aren't allowed, which doesn't make much sense.

7 🤪 Missing Characters

via YouTube

Every year there are always going to be wrestlers missing from WWE 2K20, just based on the fact some talents haven't joined the 💝company when the scanning is d🐠one, but this year there are a lot of names missing.

While it makes sense that Dean Ambrose and Chris Jericho have been axe✃d from the game, names like Killian Dain, WALTER, and The Ascension have 🍒all been kept off the game as well, despite being with the company for a while now.

The vast majority of the NXT UK roster isn't featured on the game either which is a shame, considering the roster has been ar🌺ound long enough now to be featured.

6 Online Issues 💃

Whenever a game is released, consumers buy it and fully expect that things will be working perfectly straight away, as they should. After all, if the developers are confident enough t💎o put it on tꦏhe market then things should be ready.

However, that wasn't the case with WWE 2K20's online version which has been riddled with issues since the game l🌃aunched, often not working or even connecting for a large number of people.

This simply doesn't make sense, especially several days after the game has been released when these bugs absolutely sh🅠ould be addressed.

5 💎 The Physics

While there are always go🍬ing to be a few glitches in an action game like this, this year has been plagued by issues which have created some hilarious videos online, much to the frustration of thos𒆙e who have bought the game.

From wrestlers blurring into each other, things morp🅷hing into the ring, or wrestlers bouncing around the ropes getting stuck, some of the issues have simply defied physics and made the game look ridiculous.

Nobody expects absolute perfe🍌ction, bꦓut when you're spending good money on a video game people do expect things to be a lot crisper than they have been on this.

4 Still No Real 'Stor💜y Mode'

WWE 2K20 has a variety of different modes to play through, whether it be Roman Reigns' Titan Towers♛ or the 2K Showcase which focuses on the women's revolution, but what it doesn't have is a classic story mode.

This is something that fans really wa♛nt each time, having the ability to create a character and play through a few years worth of storyline (in-game time), as it makes it feel like a perꦕsonal accomplishment going through.

Yet, for some reason, WWE 2K20 hasn't bothered to do that, even though a classic story mode is something that 🌠mosꦯt video games should have.

3 Lack Of ♏Commentators

via 2k.com

WWE has over 10 different commentators right now, all being used on a variety of shows making each one have a brand-specific sound, yet in WWE 2K20 it is just Corey Graves, Michael Cole, 𝄹and Byron Saxton who𓆉 are used.

While this is obviously down to time, with an eℱntire year to produce each game, surely they could get a few more people in the recording booth to make the game feel a lit🌠tle more realistic?

Having Cole commentating on NXT matches just doesn't feel right and while it is only a small detail that might not matter to most, to dedicated wrestling fans it jus🔯t doesn't make any sense.

2 Still No GM Mode?꧋

via YouTube

Ho🐓w many YouTube videos, Twitter complaints, or reviews need to be done begging for the return of GM mode before it actually returns to the video game?

Every year fa⭕ns beg 2K to bring back the incredibly popular GM mode, which is considered by most fans to be the best modes that a wrestling game has ever had, yet for some reason, the developers seem to refuse to bring it back.

While it is cool to see new modes and different things to ♐do in each new release, if they spent a dedicated amount of time to bringing GM mode back, it would certainly be more popular.

1 The Graphics 🥃

It might be the most glaringly obvious isꦦsue with the game, but because it is such a big problem it is impossible to miss as none of the footage of any wrestlers looks realistic, with the graphics seemingly taking a huge step backward.

Instead of looking crisp and life-like, the graphics look horrendous this year, with so💮me of them looking nothing like th🍸e wrestlers they are supposed to be, which has led to major complaints from gamers.

While this isn't a game that relies upon amazing graphic design, in the same way as Fallout or Grand Theft Auto, for example, people do want the wrestlers to look realistic and th𒉰e graphics to improve, not get worse.
