Obsidian Has "No Other Platform Announcements" For Avowed Despite PS5 Rumors

It doesn't seem likely that Avowed will come to PS5 any time soon, given that Doom: The Dark Ages and The Outer Worlds 2 ports were announced far in advance, but maybe one day, eh?

It's worth taking this with a 🐟grain of salt for a couple of reasons: a) this message could have easily been faked, and b) the support team wouldn't announce a PS5 port even if it was in the works. But we reached out to Xbox to try and verify the validity of u/Blacktuth_'s post all the same.

So, It's Still Up In The Air

No "announcements" is a key difference from "no plans to launch on additional platforms". It leaves more room for that to change in the future, which, in fairness, is X﷽box's M.O. right now.

Phil Spencer said last year that ♐there are no "red lines" around flagship titles launching on rival co♋nsoles, and there have even been murmurs of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Gears of War and Halo making the leap. Avowed and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Starfield are ♕the two big🎀 question marks left lingering right now.
