Microsoft is prepping for the launch of the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Xbox Series X this holiday season but hasn't shown off any exclusive games. With the official company stance being that it wants♛ to continue support for the original Xbox One for another year or so, it makes sense that we haven't seen anything about new titles. That doesn't mean games won't 𒊎have specific new features on Series X and that's where today's news comes in.
The company unveiled a lineup of titles that will be "Optimized for Xbox Series X" this holiday and it's a pretty extensive list. We already knew that Halo Infinite and Yakuza: Like a Dragon were on there, but heavy hitters like Gears 5 and DiRT 5 ensu🌸re that even the latest Xbox One games will see some kind of improvement on the newಞ console.
A few of the games here are scheduled for early next year (such as Hitman III and Scarlet Nexus), but at least you can know ahead of time which games will lo🅷ok𒁏 and run better on the Series X when you get one.
If you're not sure what the "Optimized for Xbo🔴x Series X" descriptor means, Microsoft has given a sort of explanation on its official website. "Gam🅰es featuring the Optimized for Xbox Series X badge can showcase anything from virtually eliminating load times via the Xbox Velocity Architecture, heightened visuals, and hardware-accelerated DirectX raytracing powered by our custom, next-generation GPU, to steadier and often higher framerates up to 120fps."
The company is stating that Halo Infinite, for example, is custom made for the Series X and will run with much better performance than updated titles like Gears 5. It sounds a lot like boilerplate PR talk, but the unique SSD tech of the Series X should provide subꩵstantial improvements in load times for older games.
It's at least a 🌊nice gesture that Microsoft doesn't even ne🅷ed to offer. Sony certainly isn't talking about how PS4 games will operate on the PS5 -or if many even will-. It's great to know that your existing library of Xbox One games won't suddenly become obsolete once the Series X is here.
