There is a lot to love about 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Xenoblade Chronicles. The remaster on Switch is the best possible version of the game to date. With the improvements it is easily one of the best RPGs on the Switch which is saying something since it has🌼 so many. Not only that but the core game is a decade old.
It is great when older games can be proven to hold up aftꦐer a long absence. That said, there is also a lot to make fun of the ౠgame for. That’s where memes come in. For a dark time in the world, a simple, perhaps arguably a stupid joke, may make someone’s day. These scenes and inconsistencies shown throughout the following ten entries should hopefully make fans crack up. And just as a side note, none of these contain any heavy spoilers.
10 Xenoblade Dogs
Try to imagine Shulk and pals walking across the world of Xenoblade Chronicles to the tune of George Baker Selection's "Little Green Bag" as featured in the film, Reservoir Dogs. That’s what this stride is reminiscent of.
It’s a deep cut, but to this meme’s defense, there is certainly a lot of walking in the game not to mention this group is a ragtagꦍ bunch of 🦄misfits.
9 Waluigi Chronicles
It should go without say🎃in🤡g that Vangarre’s mustache is very pronounced. Shulk then mistaking him for Waluigi is an honest mistake. Realistically Waluigi wishes he could have a mustache that groomed and jagged.
It is interesting to think about this universe being connected to Mario’s as if Waluigi fell into a portal or something. What would h🐲e do?
8 Why So British
This is triple layer meme burrito as it were. “Why so serious” was one of the more famous lines uttered by the Joker in The Dark Knight. A litany of memes and parodies followed suit including Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged whi♎ch add🦄 the phrase, “Why so British” to the nerdy lexicon.
So, why is everyone so British in the Western dub. Well🌼, originally,♐ the European version was the first to be localized so rather than redo lines, the voices were kept as is.
7 The Ether Stream
The Ether streams and pools found throughout Xenoblade Chronicles look familiar. The easy joke here is to liken them to the Lifestream from 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy VII.
The color is right on the money plus it is somewhat indicated that the Ether has a bit of spirituality to it. The meaning is blurred but it can be inferred. Spirits rising from this pool could also be likened to Final Fantasy X.
6 Sniper Follies
Everyone knows that th🐻e most effective place for a sniper is on the frontlines. That is, of course, a joke.
A point-blank shot f🌠rom a rifle would hurt a lot, but it also doesn’t make sense for her to be in 🍨the midst of battle as she does given that fact. Giving her a different gun, like just an assault rifle, would have made more sense.
5 JRPG Tropes
The meme is right. Xenoblade Chronicles wouldn’t be complete without vague crucified images. That is actually more of a sting on this overall series that started with Xenogears on PS1, Xenosaga on PS2, and now this series.
Religion has always been a part of these game🅷s and while it isn’t as explicit as it was in the past two iterations, there are still some things that call back to the religious iconography like this scene with Juju.
4 JRPG Boi
Another calling card of this Xeno franchise is including mysterious tanned boys with white hair. Alvis has a lot in common with Chaos from Xenosaga for example.
This also applies to other games and anime as well with white haired villains and or white haired characters with hidden backgrounds. Sephiroth from 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy VII is another great example of this phenomenon.
3 No Clothes, No Problems
Being able to change armor and have it be applied in the real world is꧂ great. Not many games do this. Being also able to override the armor with clothing options is also neat for customization.
However, 🃏it doesn’t really make sense to fight monsters in underwear and for people to not comment on it. This is not a natural state of heroes. Someone should say som🦄ething, right?
2 Xenoblade Souls
In a post Dark Souls world, it’s hard not to think about the game whenever a character sits at a campfire. Xenoblade Chronicles actually has a lot in common with those games.
There are no campfire aspects to this game that mean anything, but the difficulty spikes can be linked. That said, Xenoblade Chronicles is definitely more forgiving with death though as nꩲothing is ever lost besides distance trav🔯eled.
1 The Sinner's Sandwich
One of the most iconic scenes in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Deadly Premonition is w♏hen York eats the🌊 Sinner’s Sandwich for the first time.
For those that have no reference of this, the sandwich consists of turkey, strawberry jam, and cereal. For Fiora to feed that to Shulk is a great combo for a joke. That should put some pep in his step. The quote in the meme is from Deadly Premonition as well.
