The expansion’s main battle theme, in particular, is an absolute joy to listen to. It’s a mix of hopeful and jazzy that almost ends up sounding like disco music. It’s the song to represent Melia herself, spreading her wings to find confidence and purpose. Uncontrollable, the track that plays when fighting a T👍yrant (Xenoblade X’s equivღalent to Unique Monsters), sounds very much like a breakup song you might hear on the radio, especially after you look up the lyrics. Nevertheless, it works just as well for breaking apart some monsters.
