Weapons are a regular staple of the Yakuza series, and they have appeared in various forms across the games. Yakuza Kiwami 2 in particular contains various swords, clubs, guns, and knives for you to use, all of which have their own combos and heat moves to give you an edge over the competitio♍n.
You can find a lot of basic weapons throughout the adventure, and they all do decent damage (especially✤ if you upgrade their damage in the stats menu). The more high-end weapons are a lot more expensive to access, but their damage output is so high that they're vital for the toughest post-game content.
10 High-Voltage S💞tun Gun
The stun gun may seem fairly innocuous, but it pays to keep one stocked in your inventory because their paralysis ability is very useful for crowd control🍸.
The high-voltage version is more powerful than the regular one, dealing out a solid 56 points of damage whilst also paralyzing enemies. It can either be purchased from the Beam weapons dealer for 60,000 yen from chapter 🧔6 onwards, or you can earn it after defeating Convenience Store Hunter Saito, who is one of ꧃the street bosses.
9 ꦍ Iron Spear ♉
In general, all the spear and long-pole weapons are very useful. They have a wide arc which is excellent for damaging multiple enemies at once, and they have good durability as well — even the most basic ve🌊rsions.
That being said, the Iron Spear (which can be picked up in chapter 11) does the most damage per blow — 72 points in fact. It does also appear in bouncer missions, but since you can't stow weapons picked up in those missions, that chapter is the only chance you have to keep it.
8 ꧂ Golden Shaft Club ℱ
The Yakuza series has a fondness for 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:including golf as a minigame, but many clubs can also be used as weapons. The top clubs all have their own useful abilities, such as Albatross Akagi's Club and the Black Shaft Club, both of which have the highest damage output.
However, the Golden Shaft Club comes with the ability to inflict paralysis on enemies, which is very useful wﷺhen dealing with a large crowd. It has the lowest durability (just 6 health), but the crowd control element arguably outweighs this.
7 Demon Blade Myogetsu 🧜
Overall, Demon Blades ten🐷d to be powerful weapons in Yakuza games, and the Myogetsu is no different here. This katana deals a delightful 64 points of damage per blow and can inflict a burn status on enemies, and its relatively low durability isn't too much of a hindrance.
That being said, it can't be accessed until chapter 12 at the earliest, and it can't actually be purchased from a store until chapter 16 (from the weapons dealer in Beam). It also costs a hefty ¥3 million.
6 Illegal Poison Kodaꦿc🎃hi
From its name alone, the Illegal Poison Kodachi is the weapon that will most likely make you think "are we the baddies?" It can only be purchased from Kamiyama for ¥5 million (after you've sold him ¥2 million's worth of equipment), but the high price is still worth it.
This is because it has infinite durability, deals 64 damage per hit, and can stun enemies, making it stand high above the vast array of knives in Yakuza Kiwami 2. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:It almost feels like you're playing as Majima.
5 Dragon Sticks 𝓡 💞
Kali sticks are twin sticks wielded in each hand, and they can't be used until you've unlocked the necessary skill (which can be achieved in chapter 8). However, it's worth the wait because the kali sticks can deal out a lot of damage.
In particular, the dragon sticks deal out a mighty 88 points of damage per hit and have unlimited health, but they can only be bought from Kamiyama after you've sold him ¥900,000's worth of items, and you'll need ¥700,000 to purchase them.
4 💙 Yinglong Tonfa
Tonfa are excellent weapons in Yakuza Kiwami 2, especially given the amount of damage they deal via their heat move. The regular version deals 48 damage per hit, but the Yinglong🐠 tonfa🐷 ups the ante with a cracking 88 damage, and it has infinite health as well. (It also has the best design of all the various tonfa, by the way).
That being said, this kind of power is only available from Kami🐻yama after completing the main story, and you need to cough up ¥5 million for the privilege.
3 Photon Blaꦕd🍌e RG
As the naming hints, this is technically a lightsaber, but obviously a legally distinct version to avoid copyright infringemen🔜t. I🤡t has the best damage of all katanas in the game (88 points per hit), and it has unlimited health, too.
However, likely done in order to balance out its power, the Photon Blade RG can only be bought from Kamiyama after finishing the main story, and you also need ¥5 million. Then again, this does make it perfect for when you're doing the tougher substories in Kiwami 2.
2 ✨ Photon Blade W 🦹
Another "lightsaber," Photon Blade W is actually two blades, acting as a form of kali sticks. Sadly, they don't connect together like 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Darth Maul's from Star Wars, but they're still incredibly effective and have the same stats as the RG.
The main difference is how they're obtained because Photon Blade W costs an extra ¥1 million, and you need to sell ¥3 million's worth of items to Kamiyama before you can purchase them. Still, if they're good enough for Jo Amon, then they're good enough for you.
1 Dragon-SP
Yakuza Kiwami 2 contains various pistols and shotguns, but they come with very limited ammo, which hinders their usefuln꧑ess. However, when you finish the main storyline, you can purchase the Dragon-SP from Kamiyama for ¥5 million.
It's a steep price, but this gun comes with unlimited ammo and is very powerful. In fact, it trivializes almost any combat encounter because you can just stand and shoot, which is great for dealing with the more annoying enemies. And don't worry, Kiryu doesn't actually kill anyone he shoots.
